Sudden Valley

Located 15min east of Bellingham along Lake Whatcom, Sudden Valley is worth mentioning. It reminds me of Lake Tahoe, with heavily wooded areas and views of the lake. It does have an HOA, providing access to lake amenities as well as golf courses, tennis courts, and a few restaurants.
