An addition to the Horizon series—watercolor, pigmented inks, and acrylic ink

An addition to the Horizon series. This time I used watercolor, pigmented ink, acrylic ink and colored pencil.

Love these soft greens that evoke nature, water, and life

Although this painting doesn’t look like my Tiffany stone (last pic), this color combination always makes me think of it. It’s a beautiful stone.

I love these close-ups showing the texture of the paper and the gold highlights.

Sediment watercolor—this one makes me think of the flow of shallow water, like in a stream connecting to the sea

Porthole watercolor--this one evolved unexpectedly, changing between a few styles I've done in the past and incorporating different elements from each of them

Intertidal Sphere--abstract watercolor

Promise--small experimental piece for the Horizon series. Trying out a different format for the clouds and hills.

Above the Clouds—a new twist in the Horizon series with a view above the clouds. I love the soft palette of grays and soft yellow with touches of gold.
