Summer Garden Bouquet

The temperature is starting to heat up, reaching into the high 80s, and it hasn’t rained for a couple weeks. My David Austen rose is now pushing beautiful new blooms in pale peach tones and the daisies are taking off. My hydrangeas are just starting to push blooms and I’m looking forward to the ongoing show.

Today, I collected blossoms for a pale summer bouquet, including roses, daisies, lambs ears, astrantia, and a white hydrangea, along with fern fronds and heuchera for greenery and overall shape. It’s a lovely soft collection of colors and textures.
